Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a senior pricing and business planning leader to own OEM pricing, account strategy, and long-term business models across fab planning and supply chain decisions.

The role partners with finance, sales, and product to drive pricing guidance, monitor risk, and identify opportunities in new markets. A strong background in NAND or memory markets is preferred and remote options are limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, marketing, or business field.
• 7+ years of experience in business marketing, operations, planning or strategy; semiconductors preferred.
• Knowledge of NAND Flash products, trends, pricing, and markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing and planning functions for OEM customers.
• Build account strategy/playbook/deal structure/LTA.
• Lead overall pricing strategy and guidance to sales team/customers for deal closure.
• Develop long-term business models enabling strategic sourcing, fab planning and supply chain decisions.
• Create forecasts based on supply, sales inputs, financials metrics, new product introductions and other considerations.
• Collaborate with finance, business execution, sales ops to track risk, shipment linearity, fill rate and other metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams on competitive analysis, product roadmap and strategy.
• Lead initiatives for new markets/businesses.
• Develop customer/vertical level portfolio/pricing strategy.
