Job summary

Sandisk is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support Consumer Marketing Finance. The role leads complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights and strong partnerships.

The successful candidate will own major planning processes, develop financial frameworks, and provide strategic finance support to executives, without direct people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with FP&A focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex modeling.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic insights for executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence.
• Experience driving process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as a trusted finance advisor for marketing campaigns and pricing decisions.
• Own end-to-end financial planning and forecasting for Consumer Marketing.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance revenue, margin, and ROI models.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting with clear narratives.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end analyses with accuracy and insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and tools.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and financial systems enhancements.
• Prepare complex ad hoc analyses for senior management.
