Job summary

Reit Tv is seeking a Business Analyst to support pricing and marketing operations through data-driven analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will partner with Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive revenue optimization.

The role requires 2+ years in business/marketing analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience building dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing analysis, pricing analysis, finance, analytics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
• Experience working with reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, occupancy, customer, promotional, and marketing performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analyses to support pricing decisions, campaign performance reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Support business analysis related to rates, discounts, promotions, lead performance, conversion trends, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define reporting needs, clarify success metrics, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Help evaluate marketing channel performance, campaign effectiveness, customer response trends, and return on investment across programs and initiatives.
• Monitor data quality, reporting consistency, and KPI definitions, partnering with technical teams to research and resolve data issues as needed.
• Support the preparation of presentations, executive summaries, and business materials that communicate findings, recommendations, risks, and next steps.
• Maintain documentation for business definitions, reporting logic, recurring analyses, and process workflows.
