The Pricing Manager - Hardlines partners with Merchandising to shape strategy across Base, Promotions, Markdown, Pro pricing and Credit, driving profitability and customer value. As pricing SME, you will use advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to craft end-to-end pricing plans; mentor pricing associates and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Tech teams to deliver integrated pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in business, retail or finance.
• 5+ years in pricing, data analytics, finance, omni-channel retailing, or related pricing and promotion field.
• 2+ years in Price Management, Merchandising, FP&A, Store Ops, or Logistics. Omni-channel pricing experience preferred.
• 1 year leadership experience (direct or indirect).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of holistic pricing strategies including base, promotional, markdown, Pro pricing, and credit.
• Act as trusted advisor to Merchants with data-driven guidance on pricing trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
• Influence decisions by aligning pricing with promotions, assortment, and lifecycle strategies; collect merchant and customer feedback.
• Leverage analytics and AI-driven tools to evaluate pricing effectiveness and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage pricing across the full product lifecycle from intro to end-of-life; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Partner with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Pro, and Technology teams on integrated pricing solutions.
• Manage and develop pricing associates and drive continuous improvement through streamlined processes and innovation.
