Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, or related field.
• 7 years experience in business, retail or finance.
• 5 years experience in pricing, Data Analytics, Finance, Omni-channel retailing, or related pricing and promotion field.
• 2 years experience in Price Management, Merchandising, Financial Planning and Analysis, Store Operations, or Logistics.
• 1 year direct or indirect leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of holistic pricing strategies across base, promotions, markdown, Pro pricing, and credit.
• Provide data-driven strategic guidance on pricing trade-offs, risks, and opportunities to Merchants.
• Influence decisions by aligning pricing with promotional, assortment, and lifecycle strategies.
• Leverage analytics and AI-driven tools to evaluate pricing effectiveness and deliver insights.
• Manage pricing across the full product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Pro, and Tech teams on pricing solutions.
• Develop pricing associates and drive continuous improvement in processes.
