Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/related field
• 6 years of finance or analytical experience in a public company or accounting
• 1 year experience with financial forecasting or analytical modeling
• Experience with preparing formal documents and group presentations
• Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Corporate Accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Develops Senior Specialist, Analyst, and Senior Analyst talent by managing and prioritizing day-to-day workload; feedback; coaching and mentoring
• Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader on respective team
• Facilitates the financial forecasting and planning processes with functional partners and business units for quarterly forecast updates, annual plans, and long-range plans (2-3 years)
• Collaborates across the business to provide root cause analysis and actionable insights based on financial and non-financial data
• Communicates financial and non-financial analysis and insights to leaders by preparing analyses and translating insights into clear, actionable themes
• Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date expertise and cross-functional collaboration to solve business problems
• Develops business cases for key initiatives with robust financial models and risk assessment
