Job summary

Confidential, based in Milwaukee, seeks an experienced pricing professional to develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies that maximize profitability while supporting sales growth and customer retention. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Project Management to ensure pricing consistency and target margins across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–10 years pricing/financial analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing pricing and cost understanding.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with revenue and profitability objectives.
• Review and approve customer quotations, pricing requests, and contract pricing to meet target margins.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, raw materials, freight, and market trends for pricing adjustments.
• Lead pricing reviews for new products, bids, and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to recommend price levels balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor customer profitability and optimize margins through price changes or product mix.
• Create and maintain pricing models and margin analysis tools.
• Support price increase initiatives and customer negotiations with data-driven analysis.
• Maintain pricing governance, approval workflows, and documentation.
• Ensure pricing accuracy within ERP and quoting systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance and margin trends.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing processes and drive continuous improvement.
