Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Contract Administrator to analyze contracts and manage pricing in SAP. You will coordinate with regional buyers and national groups, ensuring accurate pricing and timely sales transactions.

Responsibilities include reviewing pricing requests, maintaining contract data, and creating reports for pricing decisions. Travel to Warsaw, IN HQ may be required up to 5% of the time. A strong background in finance or business and proficiency with SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or related field with 0+ years (or 1–3 years preferred).
• Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP experience; SAP, PROS, Vendavo, Alteryx, Tableau experience preferred.
• High school diploma with 4+ years of applicable experience or associate/bachelor degrees with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze contracts, maintain customer pricing in SAP, and expedite order exceptions.
• Review pricing requests and resolve price discrepancies with appropriate business judgment.
• Manage contracts from RFP to initiation; perform contract maintenance, sales reporting and lifecycle management.
• Maintain group membership lists, pricing for contracts, and group communications.
• Interact with customers, distributors, and internal management to guide documentation, billing and price points.
• Prepare slides for Price Committee and sales history/ASP/price impact analysis.
• Develop reports to analyze Zimmer sales, ASP, and price impact as needed.
