Job summary

Cigna is seeking a Financial Analysis Advisor to collaborate with internal teams and external client partners under Full Contracted Retail Value agreements. You will manage large data tables, develop tracking reports, and communicate risks or opportunities to pricing decisions.

You will perform pricing activities, maintain price points, coordinate with Network Ops, and build accrual and reconciliation reports while applying financial modeling and SQL to forecast and analyze performance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in PBM retail network pricing including client and/or provider guarantee management.
• Experience in SQL and managing/analyzing large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Completes pricing related activities for Full Contracted Retail Value clients which include development of custom network pricing.
• Develops and maintains all price points on the client pricing files.
• Participates in coordination with Network Ops to ensure production price points reflect desired rates.
• Monitors and tracks client and provider performances.
• Builds monthly client accrual and reconciliation reporting for select clients.
• Completes financial assessment of re-contracted retail network rates.
• Designs and implements tools and financial models to support decision makers with forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Develops reporting for discussions around annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projections. Meets collaboratively with clients to discuss any financial or operational issues or opportunities.
• Participates in client interaction to build relationship, direct strategy, and triage issues.
