Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of pricing, profitability, or financial analysis experience in a professional services or law firm.
• Familiarity with alternative fee arrangements and client proposals.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, pricing models, and financial analyses to support client proposals and fee arrangements.
• Analyze historical and current financial data to identify pricing trends and profitability insights.
• Prepare and evaluate alternative fee arrangements and other pricing solutions in response to client needs and RFPs.
• Provide fee estimates, pricing guidance, and value-based recommendations to attorneys and stakeholders.
• Support competitive and market analysis by gathering and interpreting pricing data.
• Contribute to pricing strategies that support profitable growth and consistent practices.
