The role supports pricing projects and strategy, bridging execution and analysis to improve pricing performance. The position collaborates with sales, product, and finance teams, contributes to margin analysis, and maintains records of pricing decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 2 years related experience or 5-8 years experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pricing policies and data; develop solutions
• Proficient with Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve incoming pricing tickets in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure pricing requests comply with pricing rules and policies
• Identify recurring issues in tickets and propose solutions to the Pricing Manager
• Flag pricing anomalies or systemic issues from day-to-day tickets
• Assist Pricing Manager with pricing projects and initiatives
• Contribute to pricing strategy discussions using ground-level operational insights
• Support margin analysis and reporting tasks as required
• Maintain records of pricing requests, decisions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with sales, product, and finance to resolve pricing queries
• Participate in price revision processes and update price lists/tools
