Job summary

HYDRA-POWER SYSTEMS INC is seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage day-to-day pricing requests and ensure accuracy across transactions. You will identify pricing issues surfaced from operations and propose solutions to the Pricing Manager, while supporting pricing projects to improve overall performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience or 5–8 years of experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and collaboration with sales, product, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and write reports.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for pricing and profitability.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve incoming pricing tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all pricing requests are handled in compliance with pricing rules and policies.
• Identify recurring issues from tickets and elevate them with proposed solutions to the Pricing Manager.
• Assist in ongoing pricing projects and pricing initiatives.
