Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations, based in Ohio, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy and analytics. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to develop data-driven pricing recommendations and manage annual pricing initiatives.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Paradigm CPQ to deliver dashboards, KPI reporting, and actionable insights that support profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, Finance, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience building executive dashboards, pricing KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical reasoning, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, pricing software (Paradigm CPQ), or BI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategies by building financial models and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Perform customer, product, channel, and competitive pricing analyses.
• Own development and monthly reporting of Pricing KPIs for executives.
• Build dashboards and scorecards measuring pricing effectiveness and margin performance.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Product, and Finance on pricing system enhancements.
