Job summary

AO Precision Manufacturing LLC in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a President to lead growth, operations and profitability. You will own P&L, drive strategic planning, expand into aerospace, defense, automotive and other markets, and oversee production, inventory, quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing operations background, proven ability to scale a business, strong financial acumen, and the leadership to attract and develop top talent.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing management background with ability to run a company’s operations.
• Proven track record of growing revenues and improving profitability.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and cost control.
• Strong financial management knowledge and business judgment.
• Knowledge of quality systems and Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to lead, attract and develop high-caliber teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Epicor.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and profitable growth across markets.
• Oversee production, inventory control, capital utilization and safety.
• Assume full P&L responsibility for the company.
• Report to owner; department managers report to the President.
• Diversify customer base and broaden EBITDA through disciplined execution.
