A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead budgeting and early-phase planning across the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant bachelor's degree and have significant preconstruction experience. This full-time role involves collaboration with clients and design teams to support successful project outcomes and is based in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in preconstruction, estimating, cost planning, and conceptual budgeting.
• Familiarity with design-build, CM or GC delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts from concept through GMP.
• Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and project executives to understand scope and goals.
• Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, cost models, and value engineering options.
