Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator in Cincinnati to support bidding and preconstruction activities. You will lead bid package coordination, review bidding documents for accuracy, manage bonding/insurance requests, and prepare RFIs to clarify project requirements.

You will serve as CRM expert, support safety communications, and coordinate with estimators, risk, and marketing to ensure compliance and on-time submissions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required with 5 years of experience in estimating, operations, or executive assistance or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid package coordination from initial review through final submission.
• Review and prepare construction bidding documents for accuracy and signatures.
