Job summary

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Public Relations Manager I to coordinate stakeholder communications and develop engagement materials for DHS CISA’s national coordination bodies, specialized councils, cross‑sector groups, and high‑visibility working groups.

The role supports the Stakeholder Engagement Division with security‑cleared, unclassified communications and executive messaging. It requires 3–4 years of public affairs experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to produce precise, accessible

Qualifications

• Three to four years of related public relations, strategic communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, public affairs, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing executive communications, outreach materials, public messaging, and engagement plans for varied audiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, event coordination, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communications and stakeholder engagement workflows for national-level councils and high-visibility coordination bodies.
• Prepare executive talking points, pre-reads, briefing materials, and audience-specific messages for Government review.
• Coordinate senior-level stakeholder participation, meeting communications, schedules, and approved distribution channels.
• Develop timely communications and actionable briefing products during rapidly evolving events; document follow-up and lessons learned.
• Assess stakeholder feedback and participation trends to recommend improvements to communications and engagement effectiveness.
• Maintain communications records, daily engagement trackers, and quality-controlled materials that meet branding, plain language, and accessibility standards.
• Perform assigned unclassified engagement duties and safeguard sensitive Government information through approved access, records, and distribution procedures.
