AlxCrypto Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Public Relations (PR) Manager to lead communications initiatives that strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility. You will craft compelling corporate narratives and coordinate announcements, partnerships, product launches, and events.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in PR or corporate communications, outstanding writing skills, and a proven ability to manage media relations and executives' communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive-level content.
• Strong media relations; direct work with journalists.
• Ability to translate complex business or tech info into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications strategies aligned with priorities.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, media statements, executive commentary, talking points, FAQs, briefing materials, and other external communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, analysts, and media contacts.
• Identify media opportunities and develop compelling story angles.
• Manage media outreach, interview coordination, press inquiries, and follow-up.
• Support communications around product launches, partnerships, customer announcements, corporate milestones, events.
• Partner with executives to develop speeches, keynotes, interview preparation, quotes, and thought‑leadership content.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, business development, legal, investor relations, and other teams to ensure messaging is accurate and positioned correctly.
• Develop and maintain messaging, corporate narratives, background materials, executive bios, media kits.
• Support corporate social media by translating developments into engaging content.
• Monitor media coverage, industry developments, and competitor communications; report KPIs.
• Assist with issues management and time-sensitive communications; ensure coordination and accuracy.
• Manage relationships with external PR agencies, wire services, vendors, and partners.
