Job summary

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Program Analyst located at Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO), Space Systems Command (SSC), United States Space Force (USSF), Los Angeles AFB in El Segundo, CA. You will support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle and ensure funds are planned and executed to secure space superiority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical field.
• 4+ years of combined industry, federal experience, or SETA.
• Ability to interpret acquisition regulations, law and policy.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Active TS w/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• General program management support for the SSIO program team, planning and executing funds.
• Translate SSIO requirements into actionable, defensible strategic plans during programming.
• Analyze data and trends to advise on resource allocation and long-term planning.
• Draft and coordinate programmatic briefings, issue papers and strategic documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify shortfalls and propose mitigations (UFRs).
• Serve as a strategic liaison between the Strategic Cell and external stakeholders.
