Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC in Texas City seeks a Power Distribution Planner/Scheduler to ensure non-emergency maintenance is planned and scheduled safely and efficiently. You will manage master data in the maintenance system and coordinate with asset teams to optimize resources.

The role requires extensive planning, scheduling, and SAP experience to deliver reliable plant operations, with strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in electrical field preferred.
• 10+ years planning/scheduling experience or 5+ years electrical maintenance in petrochemical environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
• Experience creating and editing maintenance items, task lists, notifications, orders, and weekly schedules.
• TWIC card required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Plan routine and preventive instrument/electrical maintenance jobs with accurate steps and manpower.
• Produce job packages with inspection records, BOMs, procedures and complete information.
• Produce job estimates for large jobs within business guidelines.
• Interface with Purchasing and Stores to resolve procurement issues.
• Use SAP planning tools and ProCal instrument management system.
• Create SAP preventive maintenance plans.
• Schedule all material and manpower for low priority work orders.
• Deliver a 3-week fully engineered and resourced plan to optimize resource use.
• Maintain asset work history in the maintenance management system.
• Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
