Job summary

INEOS Acetyls Chemicals Texas City, Inc. seeks a Power Distribution Planner/Scheduler to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is planned and scheduled safely and efficiently.

The role maintains master data for maintenance systems and supports ISO/process safety requirements. You will plan instrument/electrical tasks, prepare job packages and estimates, procure parts, and use SAP/Calibrations to keep ISO and quality programs current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electrical field preferred.
• 10+ direct planning and scheduling experience or 5+ years electrical maintenance in petrochemical environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and related procurement processes.
• Strong ability to develop task lists, schedules, and look-ahead plans.
• Ability to lead safety-focused planning and scheduling activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan routine and preventive instrument/electrical maintenance jobs with accurate steps and manpower.
• Produce job estimates, BOMs, procedures, and complete inspection records.
• Create SAP preventative maintenance plans and manage material and tool requirements.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement to optimize schedules.
• Develop outages and support TAR team for work scope delivery.
• Maintain asset work history data and monitor KPI compliance.
