Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, economics or supply chain required.
• 2 years of experience managing repeatable projects, operations or similar work.
• 1 year of Lean portfolio management experience.
• 1 year of Agile portfolio operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As Portfolio Manager, facilitate work intake for a portfolio and guide stakeholders to prioritize high-value work.
• Document, analyze and communicate commitments and results while measuring value realization.
• Apply Lean portfolio management methodology, standards and governance.
• Develop best practices and tools to drive business outcomes and visibility.
• Keep business areas informed of progress through written and verbal communication.
• Drive collaboration among stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Promote process changes and adoption of intake/prioritization processes.
• Define and create portfolio execution performance metrics and reporting.
• Seek data and reporting efficiency opportunities and implement automation where possible.
• Educate teams and stakeholders on intake and prioritization processes.
• Understand and promote SAFe best practices and identify Agile coaching opportunities.
• Drive alignment across release trains and business teams to optimize results.
• Set and manage client expectations.
• Maintain understanding of mortgage and technology industries.
