Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Illinois seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end client programs within the PMO. You will drive planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across Sales, Product, Support, and Client Services to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, relationship building, and delivery excellence, with opportunities to grow PMO maturity and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project management or program management experience.
• Experience in Financial Crime Compliance, financial services, risk management, or related industries preferred.
• Experience supporting client-facing projects and implementations is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to pre-sales and/or post-sales environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of client programs within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Apply PMO governance, templates, and best practices; promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop knowledge of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products to support client discussions.
