Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Manager of the North American Project Management Office to lead a team of project managers and oversee end-to-end delivery of the project portfolio. You will be accountable for team performance, alignment of resources, and portfolio health to achieve defined client and business outcomes.

You will provide senior leaders with clear, concise insights into performance, risks, and opportunities, and advance PMO maturity by refining tools, governance, and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management with team or portfolio leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, develop teams, and drive accountability.
• Strong executive communication for updates and risk/impact reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers, including employees and contractors.
• Own portfolio delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
• Provide executive-level insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve PMO tools, processes, governance, and reporting practices.
• Ensure project data and documentation are accurate and audit-ready.
