Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager – PMO Lead in Sunnyvale, CA to own and evolve the Product Development Process for the Devices Hardware organization. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, and product management to ensure timely, high-quality, scalable programs from concept through production validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience leading process improvement and governance in large engineering organizations.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end PDP for Amazon Devices Hardware, including phase definitions, gate criteria, and milestone templates.
• Lead strategic process improvement initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, finance, and product management.
• Maintain and evolve PDP tools and templates to reduce friction and speed up programs.
• Serve as the primary PDP SME for Hardware, guiding System TPMs and functional leads on process application and escalation paths.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure the PDP Confluence space reflects current process state.
