Job summary

K.L. Scott & Associates, LLC. seeks a Deputy Project Manager to provide full-time operational leadership across the 2B1 portfolio. This role translates Project Manager direction into coordinated daily execution, oversees task leads, maintains the integrated schedule, and acts for the Project Manager when delegated.

The Deputy ensures concurrent analysis, pilot, TTA, logistics, data, product, and reporting activities move as one program, focusing on governance and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the social sciences and 7+ years of relevant field experience in project management, organizational development, strategic planning, or related areas.
• In lieu of a graduate degree, a bachelor's degree and 10 additional years of practical field experience beyond the seven-year minimum.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily PMO operations and maintain schedules and logs.
• Coordinate task leads and monitor dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Protect milestone deadlines with detailed workback schedules and escalation.
• Prepare meeting materials and monthly/quarterly status reports.
• Supervise support staff and ensure quality controls and templates are followed.
• Coordinate staffing, travel, and site support in response to changing priorities.
• Act as acting Project Manager when delegated and ensure continuity.
