You will lead multi-workstream engagements, coordinate planning and execution across business, technology, operations, risk and finance, and support governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or strategy roles.
• Understanding of sales and trading ecosystem, products and risk.
• Proven ability to build internal consulting or PMO functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and delivery support for key initiatives across business, technology and operations.
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams for planning, readiness and execution.
• Support risk monitoring, remediation planning and governance efforts.
• Assist in creating presentations for senior management.
• Track engagement economics, staffing, budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose issues and develop actionable resolutions.
