Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management.
• Ability to work across business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills in complex environments.
• Effective communicator translating business needs into system-driven solutions.
• Experience creating dashboards and analyzing data sets preferred.
• Experience with Model N Channel Data Management (claims, POS, inventory) preferred.
• Knowledge of distribution operations, including Ship & Debit, claims processing, and inventory reconciliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own ModelN automation initiatives, delivering improvements across channel design registrations, data claims, POS, and inventory processes to speed turnaround time to distributors.
• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT to define requirements, process documentation, prioritize projects, write and execute test plans, and ensure on time and accurate delivery.
• Establish, own, and report out on success metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of ModelN initiatives and other priority projects.
• Work closely with eCommerce distribution partners to drive attainment of key actions from business reviews.
• Complete adhoc analysis and create materials supporting the business reviews and attainment of mutual goals.
