Job summary

JRD Systems is seeking a strong Project Manager to own multiple workstreams within a client's Transformation Management Office (TMO). The initial focus is the Communications and Facilities workstreams, with the potential to support additional workstreams as needs arise.

This PM will step into in-flight work, manage delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned, using Smartsheet as the primary project management tool.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a PMO or TMO environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder and leadership communication.
• Hands-on Smartsheet experience; comfortable creating and managing projects, sheets, and reports.
• Proven ability to quickly ramp up on existing workstreams and take ownership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.

Responsibilities

• Take over and manage the Communications and Facilities workstreams through TSA Exit and/or Transformation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and manage projects in Smartsheet, including plans, trackers, and status reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate across business, IT, facilities, and communications stakeholders.
• Provide clear, consistent status updates to TMO leadership.
• Support additional TMO workstreams as priorities evolve.
