Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle is seeking a Program Director to lead mobilization and delivery of a multi-year, enterprise-scale PLM modernization for an Aerospace & Defense OEM. You own the executive relationship, the plan's integrity, and governance across client, Capgemini and the technology partner, with a blended onshore–offshore delivery model.

You will guide end-to-end PLM program delivery across multiple sites, embed AI-powered approaches, run PMO, and shape opportunities while

Qualifications

15+ years leading large engineering/IT transformation programs with direct PLM delivery ownership.
Proven advisory / pre-sales experience alongside delivery and account growth.
Leadership of large onshore–offshore delivery models mirroring a client organization.
Delivery of a complex, multi-site PLM program with budget, schedule and migration accountability.
Experience embedding AI/automation into delivery and quantifying benefits.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of a complex multi-workstream PLM program (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk).
Run blended onshore–offshore delivery with clear governance and quality gates.
Stand up and run program governance and PMO with decision cadence and milestones.
Steer phased deployment site-by-site with zero disruption to active programs.
Act as single accountable interface to client executives and program owner.
Lead advisory and pre-sales in parallel with delivery to shape opportunities.
