Job summary

ASM is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect, PLM to lead the strategic architecture, governance, and transformation of our global engineering and product development ecosystem.

As a senior contributor, you will define the future-state PLM architecture, guide enterprise-wide programs, and ensure technology investments align with business objectives, engineering processes, and EA standards, with deep Siemens Teamcenter expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of direct PLM and engineering systems experience, including architecture responsibility for global environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture or Lead PLM Architecture roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale PLM transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience working within complex global manufacturing or semiconductor organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain ASM's global PLM architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance for PLM-related platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews and design authority boards for PLM initiatives and programs.
• Ensure end-to-end business process alignment across engineering, product development, manufacturing, service, and quality domains.
• Own architecture decisions for Teamcenter and associated engineering systems.
• Evaluate requirements and translate into scalable, secure, and supportable solution architectures.
• Lead solution reviews, architecture assessments, and design governance for strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify the application landscape and modernize technology.
