Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and process enhancements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.
