Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, and resources.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets, costs, and quality.
• Mentor a diverse team of supervisors and production staff with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Optimize labor, materials, and equipment use to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Lead lean initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Manage plant budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and R&D on new product introductions and process improvements.
