Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs in Rochester, MN invites an experienced Plant Controller to lead finance, FP&A and controllership for the facility. You will own P&L integrity, GAAP compliance, internal controls, budgeting and capital analysis, partnering with plant leadership to drive performance and strategic decisions.

This visible role requires presenting results to senior leadership, mentoring Associate Plant Controllers, and pushing cost reduction initiatives while maintaining strong accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with an ERP system (Oracle EBS preferred) and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• CPA or CMA not required but a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close with US GAAP compliance.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment analysis.
• Partner with Plant Director and leadership to drive profitability by product line.
• Present financial results and recommendations to plant and corporate leadership.
• Drive cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives across functions.
• Mentor Associate Plant Controllers and develop finance staff.
