Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a financial analyst or cost accounting role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and strong BOM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing financial results, variances, and trends.
• Prepare monthly plant performance reports including standard cost variances.
• Support budgeting and quarterly forecasts for plant operations.
• Maintain and update standard costs in ERP for formulas and recipes.
• Create and audit Bills of Materials with engineering and production.
• Investigate cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
