Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks an experienced Plant Controller to join the plant leadership team. You will lead all plant financial operations, partner with operations for profitability, and drive financial planning and controls within a complex manufacturing facility.

You will manage month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, costing, inventory controls, and capital planning while developing the Accounting team and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 7–10 years of Controller/Plant Controller experience in manufacturing.
• Financial leadership experience in a complex manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, capital planning and inventory controls.
• Develop and mentor the Accounting team while partnering with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational excellence.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and robust internal controls across the plant finance function.
