Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the financial direction of a complex manufacturing facility and partner with operations for profitability and operational excellence.

You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, capital planning, and inventory controls while developing the Accounting team and advising plant leadership on sound financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of Controller or Plant Controller experience in manufacturing.
• Financial leadership experience in a complex manufacturing operation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the plant, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyses.
• Develop the annual budget, business plan, and forecasts.
