Job summary

Fareva Richmond Inc. is seeking a seasoned Planner/Buyer to plan, prepare, and communicate production schedules within an SAP environment. You will ensure schedules align with WIP and finished goods targets, and release orders for the month.

You will review capacity in SAP, manage two-week frozen schedules, and coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service to maintain OTIF ≥97% while optimizing BOM priorities and material flow across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of Planning or Supply Chain experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP processes and SAP usage.
• Experience with inventory control, BOMs, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Create finite production schedules in SAP and maintain two-week frozen schedule.
• Review capacity and adjust plans to meet OTIF target of 97%.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Project Managers for timeline adherence and material flow.
