Qualifications

• Nine years of experience across two or more areas: research, policy analysis, business analysis, project leadership, operations, policy development, or supervision.
• Ability to model and translate complex information for leadership decisions and stakeholder communication.
• Strong writing, presentation, and dashboarding skills using plain language.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Oversee analysis and organization of information from multiple sources for leadership decision-making.
• Develop complex reports and dashboards for accessible information.
• Develop action plans and determine project scope with partners.
• Manage resources to achieve project goals and outcomes.
