Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years biotech/pharma-related management or strategic operations experience.
• Master’s degree and 4 years biotech/pharma-related management or strategic operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years biotech/pharma-related management or strategic operations experience.
• Associate’s degree and 10 years biotech/pharma-related management or strategic operations experience.
• High school diploma/GED and 12 years biotech/pharma-related management or strategic operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Inflammation TA.
• Operationalize portfolio governance and planning with dashboards and KPIs.
• Advance technology, AI-enabled initiatives, and capability development.
