Revolution Medicines, a global oncology company, seeks a Senior Director to design and lead the France operating model ahead of AMM. You will align governance, analytics and performance across functions, reporting to the VP/GM France, and coordinate readiness for regulatory and market access in Europe.

You will drive cross‑functional discipline, build capability, and manage a diverse team in a regulated biopharma environment, with a focus on operational excellence and execution.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in business, finance or management;
• 12+ years of cross‑functional leadership with regional/global interfaces;
• Experience in biotechnology/pharma or regulated industries preferred;
• Proven track record designing governance, processes, and cross‑functional ways of working;
• Experience leading enterprise‑level change, simplification and continuous improvement;
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Design governance, processes, roles and decision‑making routines for full organizational readiness.
• Drive execution standards, simplification and cross‑functional discipline.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, HR and Operations.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports and build team capability.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, strategy reviews and performance governance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements across affiliate.
