Job summary

Revolution Medicines, a global oncology company, is establishing its European headquarters in Basel and expanding its CNE region operations. The Manager Commercial Execution Ops CNE Region leads high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives ensuring governance, alignment across Europe, and scalable frameworks for business integration.

The role supports the VP, General Manager CNE Region, building trusted partnerships with leadership teams and global functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Project management certification required or in progress.
• Experience in project management, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Proven ability to influence governance and deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Strong event management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNE leadership team and stakeholders to execute complex crossfunctional initiatives across CNE operations.
• Support and maintain integrated governance frameworks with country, global and regional priorities.
• Own a fast paced regional calendar, managing strategic meetings across time zones.
• Lead planning and execution of internal CNE events, including annual kick-offs and quarterly cycle meetings.
• Lead organization of monthly CNE Leadership Team meetings and governance meetings, including agenda setting and minutes.
