Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking an Associate Director, Aesthetics PCS Strategic Planning and Operations to lead strategic initiatives, cross-functional programs, and improved execution across the franchise.

You will partner with the PCS Vice President and senior peers to shape priorities, coordinate long-range planning, and drive readiness from idea through implementation, while managing risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
• Proven strategic capabilities and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong relationship management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to document complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to the PCS VP, shaping priorities and improving team effectiveness.
• Lead franchise planning, including long-range and quarterly portfolio planning, and launch readiness.
• Design and coordinate strategic planning sessions, meetings, and cross-functional forums; prepare materials and logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on processes, milestones, and activities.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensure progress, mitigate risks, and escalate issues.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions; establish reporting rhythms for accountability.
• Stay updated on new processes and training needs, representing the team’s needs.
