Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy & Operations, Practice Economics to help build structure, strategy, and operating discipline for a newly evolving unit.

You will partner with the VP, Practice Economics and leadership to translate priorities into clear plans, governance, and measurable impact, while leading cross-functional initiatives and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, operations, commercial operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Healthcare, aesthetics, pharmaceutical, medical device, or customer success experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or building a new function or transformation capability.

Responsibilities
