Job Description

As a Strategic Planning & Operations Expert, you'll act as a bridge between our long-term goals and day-to-day execution, ensuring our strategic intent is translated into outcomes & impact. You will bring together the right voices and thought leadership to establish effective operational processes, make strategic decisions, and enable Allstate to create competitive advantages through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the development and maintenance of integrated execution plans to ensure connected, efficient, and effective planning & delivery.
2. Ensure the right operating rhythms are in place across Allstate Technology Solutions to achieve strategic and operational priorities.
3. Lead operational reviews with senior leadership to review progress and make strategic decisions.
4. Manage reporting and communicate progress on Objectives and Key Results using business knowledge.
5. Execute complex assignments by creating structure and leveraging processes to drive results efficiently.
6. Model an environment of accountability within the team.
7. Develop ideas with strategic impact that align with broader enterprise strategies as a thought leader.
8. Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to advance our enterprise technology strategy.
9. Support communication of the technology strategy to motivate the organization and align individual roles with company goals.
10. Contribute knowledge to complex situations to support business solutions development.

Education & Experience

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• This role has supervisory responsibilities.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal requirements.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $95,700 to $170,925, based on experience and qualifications.
