Job Description

As a Strategic Planning & Operations Expert, you'll bridge our long-term goals with day-to-day execution, ensuring our strategic intent translates into impactful outcomes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to establish operational processes, make strategic decisions, and enable Allstate to gain a competitive advantage through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and maintenance of integrated execution plans to ensure connected, efficient, and effective planning and delivery.
  2. Ensure operational rhythms are in place across Allstate Technology Solutions to meet strategic and operational priorities.
  3. Lead operational reviews, bringing together senior leadership to review progress and make strategic decisions.
  4. Manage reporting and communicate progress on Objectives and Key Results using business knowledge.
  5. Execute complex assignments by creating structures and leveraging processes to drive business results efficiently.
  6. Promote accountability within the team.
  7. Develop strategic ideas that have a broad impact and align with Enterprise strategies.
  8. Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to advance our enterprise technology strategy.
  9. Communicate the technology strategy organization-wide to clarify roles and motivate achievement of goals.
  10. Contribute to complex decision-making processes to develop effective business solutions.
Education
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This role includes supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $95,700.00 - $170,925.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background check.
