Job summary

The role involves collaborating with senior leadership, developing multi-year plans, and aligning strategies with operational priorities across the organization.

You will perform structured data analysis, monitor market and clinical trends, and develop deliverables to guide decision-making and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• Five years of related business or administrative experience in hospital or group practice operations.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and support planning efforts for Duke Health business units or system-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop multi-year strategic plans and annual work plans with goals and measures of success.
• Develop strategic, operational, and/or business plans to achieve organizational goals (growth-focused).
• Conduct analysis to identify and recommend new program development and business opportunities.
• Monitor trends to identify opportunities and threats for Duke Health and its units.
• Develop and manage project plans for short- and long-term projects; flag barriers and provide updates.
