Job summary
CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Business Strategy Analyst to join the Commercial Operations team. This role focuses on strategic planning, financial analysis, performance management, and executive decision support, applying financial and operational insights to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum 3 years industry experience.
- Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, FP&A, strategic finance, or operational excellence is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
- Second-language proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and financial performance, including revenue, profitability, P&L results, budgets and forecasts.
- Develop financial and operational models to support planning and investment decisions.
- Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities and translate insights into recommendations for leadership.
- Support annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and management scorecards.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Operations and Supply Chain to improve profitability and efficiency.
