SKIMS is seeking a Director of Strategic Planning in Los Angeles to lead enterprise planning, reporting cadence, and cross-functional programs as the business scales. You will own MBRs and QBRs, partner with Finance and senior leaders, and turn data into clear, executive-ready narratives.

This role requires strong analytical horsepower, exceptional communication, and the ability to move between structured processes and ambiguous strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, corporate strategy, strategic planning, business operations, or a related function.
• Industry experience in consumer, retail, apparel, beauty, or high-growth brand environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including market, share, growth, and business performance analysis.
• Excellent slide-writing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to build executive-ready materials and work with senior leaders.
• Comfort balancing recurring planning cadences with spontaneous, high-priority strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve enterprise reporting (MBR/QBR) with senior leaders.
• Coordinate inputs, narratives, and materials for decision-ready meetings.
• Support long-range planning and enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Perform market sizing, growth opportunity assessments, and insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials.
• Ensure cadence of annual/quarterly/ad-hoc planning cycles.
