The Manager of Strategic Planning will play a critical role in driving the company’s enterprise planning and business reporting cadence as the business continues to scale. This person will help bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how the organization plans, reports, and makes decisions across senior leadership forums. They will own and improve key enterprise meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, while also supporting broader strategic planning initiatives led by the CFO’s office. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who can operate at both altitude and detail — someone who can connect the dots across functions, and improve processes and materials over time.
Own and improve enterprise business reporting
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key enterprise reporting forums, including the Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review.

Support enterprise-level strategic planning
Partner with Finance and senior leadership on core strategic planning initiatives, including the long-range plan and other enterprise planning processes.

Drive CFO-led strategic initiatives
Support ad-hoc strategic planning initiatives that originate from the CFO’s office.
This person should be comfortable moving between structured recurring processes and more ambiguous strategic work. They should be able to quickly frame a problem, gather the right inputs, build the analysis, and create clear materials for executive discussion.

Reporting structure
This role will report into the CFO’s organization and work closely with the Snr Director FP&A, executive leadership team, and senior functional leaders across the business. The Manager of Strategic Planning will serve as a key connective point between Finance, Strategy, and functional leadership — helping ensure the company’s enterprise planning and reporting processes are clear, consistent, and effective as the business scales.
The ideal candidate has experience in strategy, strategic planning, business operations, corporate strategy, or finance-adjacent strategic roles within a relevant industry. They should bring strong analytical horsepower, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build executive-ready materials. They should also be excited to join a fast-growing, scaling organization where processes are still evolving and the work requires both structure and flexibility.
